Repair Times Normally Turn around time on a repair is 7-10 days. Parts We have most parts on hand. However, If we need to order a part for your instrument, It usually takes 7-10 days for shipping. If your part is backordered or harder to find we will call you. You are welcome to bring your own parts but we reserve the right to tell you if they will not work or your instrument deserves better. If we order a part for you that is not part of a repair, we ask for 50% down and the remainder plus shipping when you pick it up. Manufacturer Warranty Read your warranty carefully, Send in your warranty card on time, and keep your original reciept. Major repairs naturally take longer. If you need it done for an upcoming gig, please allow time. Appointments can be made 1-2 weeks in advance so that you don’t have to be without your guitar. Sameday appointments may take 2 -3 hours depending on the volume of work that day.
Rush jobs can be arranged if necessary, Call us. We don’t charge extra for rush jobs at this time, but if it becomes unfair to the customers ahead of you, we may do so.
All stringed instruments could use a Set up at least twice a year or when the seasons change. Strings should be replaced during a set up for the best possible results. Weather and humidity can effect the performance of your instrument. A sound hole humidifier is a must for your solid
